Transparent BPO is seeking friendly, dedicated and ambitious Agents for full time positions. Incumbents are responsible for operating in a high energy environment while providing quality service to customers. 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to fluently Speak and write English, using proper pronunciation and sentence structure
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent typing Skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts and schedules to meet customer needs
  • Must have the ability to Multi-Task
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and Critical thinker
  • Be able to Select/Introduce new products to create value on order Calls
  • Must be  highly self-motivated  and a fast learner/ being able to retain information
  • Be very polite  and demonstrates the ability to exercise Patience
  • Able to Display empathy towards a Customer’s Situation
  • Must be a team Player
  • Have a Positive attitude: Friendly, upbeat, willing and helpful
  • Must be an active listener
  • Ability to work in a fast – paced setting
  • Efficient time management
